Responsive Website Refresher Needed

I haven’t been using Cornerstone for a while and there have been loads of updates. I am having trouble making my website responsive when going from desktop computer to tablet to phone. I know there are breakpoints I can use and then I can select what I want to see (or not see) with the different screen sizes. I am not too familiar with CSS, etc, but how do I auto-size the pictures, fonts, etc when viewing the site on different screens? Are there any tutorials on this and using cornerstone? I am trying to get back on track
