Saw similar issues here and tried proposed issue - Disabled all plugins, reimported theme, etc. It shows up in my ThemeCo account, and everything is working, I just keep getting the validate message. Will include credentials.

Thanks for writing in! Please be advised that aside from assigning the URL to your Pro Unlimited license code, you still need to validate the Pro theme by inserting the license code in your WordPress dashboard, Pro > Validation. Be very careful when inserting the code as there are times that a space character is added to the license code which may halt or make the validation to fail.

I am having the same issue - our Unlimited license code is pasted in, a Cogratulations your site is validated message appears, then the site refreshes and it goes back to saying it needs to be validated. Our Theme.co Pro Unlimited list shows the URL under the licensed sites. This is an issue with a newly live site for our client and we utilize some of the great Pro extensions. Any ideas?

It might be the issue of any plugin conflict, cache issue, or any browser extension that is stoping to validate the site. I would suggest you troubleshoot with our troubleshooting guide.
