Pro - Nothing in Design Cloud

Hi there, I have just installed Pro on to Wordpress and activated it but there isn’t any templates in the Design Cloud option? Where can i get these templates? Many thanks

Thanks for reaching out!

Please make sure that your website is fully validated to access the Design Cloud templates.

If the issue still persists even you validated your website, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

I just check your website and all the design cloud assets are just there. I suggest that you clear your browser cache.

Thank you for this. When I go on to the templates section there isn’t anything there to loads though?

Hi Leon,

If you want to use the site templates, just click any of the templates then click the Yes, proceed button to download the files. It will create a new page, then on that page, you can save the template.
