I can change the ‘Interaction’ color, but not the ‘Base’. This is unique to this website, not other sites I have.

Thanks for writing in! You are experiencing the issue because you have implemented One Page Navigation incorrectly. Please edit your menu and change the menu item URL from absolute to related URLs only.
