Pro footer not responsive on mobile

Hi Theme Co team,

I have a footer on this page https://999club.org/fundraising/prudential-ride-london/.

It looks great on desktop but on mobile it’s not responsive. I thought that the content would adjust automatically when viewing on mobile.

Have I done something wrong?

thanks,

David

Hello David,

Thanks for writing in!

Please edit your custom footer and in your bar settings, set the height of the bar to auto.

And then in your Container settings, set the Flexbox Child Placement as “Column”.

Hi Ruenel,

Thanks for your support. Your suggestions worked for the bars where I have a single container. But for the second bar - the one with the menu and social links - I’d prefer the links be horizontal on larger screens (along one line) but then adjust to smaller screens by going to two lines.

Any advice?

David

Hey David,

To make them fall to 2 lines or stacked on mobile, you need to enable the Wrap option of the Container. It’s underthe Flexbox options. The result would not be good on very small screens though so if you don’t like that, I’d recommend you create a 3rd bar with the same elements but configured to show nicely on mobile. You can hide bars and elements using the Hide During Breakpoints feature.
