Portfolio filters not showing up

Hi,

I’m trying to get the filters to show up on the Portfolio page but am unable to do so. I haven’t changed a thing - I’m using the page that comes with the Integrity Business theme. When I try to edit the page, I get this error:

“Uh oh! No suitable preview area found. This could happen when a third party plugin is overriding the content area or “The Content” is not being output by the current layout”.

I’ve checked to make sure all of the portfolio posts have filters and categories on them, and I’ve made sure the “portfolio” option is enabled.

Hey Justin,

Thanks for writing in! The Portfolio filters are part of the Landmark title which is also part of the header. It is no longer displaying because you have created and assign a custom header.

If you want to display it along with the custom header, perhaps this old thread can help you:

Be advised that custom coding is beyond the scope of our support under our Support Policy. If you are unfamiliar with code and resolving potential conflicts, you may select our One service for further assistance.

Okay understood. How can I go back to the old header again?

Hey Justin,

In your custom header, you just need to remove the assignment and it will go back to the default header.

Thank you.

Sorry, can you clarify? I know I changed it to a custom one before but I’m having trouble figuring out how to change it back. I’m in Globals -> Headers, and I’m not sure where I changed the assignment to the custom header

Hey Justin,

You will need to edit the custom header and change the Conditions and Assignment.

Hey Justin,

You have withdrawn your post. The issue must have been resolved already.

Cheers.
