Please do NOT close this thread -it is unrelated to my other post

Hi,

I posted earlier about a critical problem with my website. Instead of replying with a solution, @christian closed the thread down, telling me off for double posting. My previous thread has NOTHING to do with this issue. In fact it was a potential customer who got in touch to say they couldn’t access a part of my website, so not only is this not a browser cache issue as per my previous thread, this is actually losing me revenue because it’s affecting the part of my website where I recruit new supporters. If @christian had clicked on the supplied link, he’d have seen he too wouldn’t be able to access these pages.

Since doing an update the other week I’ve noticed that an entire set of links are now blank. Worryingly these are all my subscription pages (paid monthly subscription options). Please take a look at https://followtheboat.com/join-ftbmates-now/ and try any of the links. The pages load but with no content.

Any help is appreciated.

@demonboy,

The thread was closed because you posted a followup on the original topic with the same question. See this post: Ongoing browser cache issues in Cornerstone We don’t consider this unrelated because you’re describing the same problem in two (now three) different threads. You posted the same link in both places, which I’m sure Christian did click on because he checked your site to discover that X is not the latest version. I’ll leave this one open, but we would appreciate if the conversation moving forward was kept to a single thread.

Please follow Christians suggestion of updating X to the latest version (9.0.5) and let us know if that corrects the issue.

Right, understood. There’s a breakdown in communication here because I posted the new thread before his answer. But it seems there is an issue here because before posting my threads I updated to 9.0.5 to make sure that wasn’t the issue. Upon checking just now, however, it was running 9.0.4. This is a similar issue I originally posted about. That is, I am making changes to my website, be it in Cornerstone or in this case updating the theme, witnessing it save the changes, and then finding it is reverting back to earlier versions. I can understand for page or post content this would be indicative of browser cache, but I don’t understand why X would revert back to an earlier version. I updated to 9.0.5 on Tuesday. Let’s see if it sticks this time.

Hello @demonboy,

Several hours ago, we have just released the X theme 9.0.6 and Cornerstone 6.0.6. This release has addressed several issues as well. You can check out the changelog here:

It is best that you update to the latest version and then see if your issue does still exist so that we can investigate your issue further.

Thank you.

Just an update, @ruenel, that the update has resolved this issue but I’m still having a problem with Cornerstone not loading edited pages. I’ll refer back to a previous thread on this subject.

Hello @demonboy,

I went ahead and checked your site it seems that the Cornerstone page builder is working fine at my end. It might be the browser cache at your end. I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check it again.

Thanks
