Hello, I already have a topic which is closed. Sorry very busy with Corona stuff here. How can I open this topic?

You are still using Pro 3.1.2. Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • Pro theme 3.2.3
  • WordPress 5.3.2 or higher
  • PHP 7.2 or higher

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Hello thank you. Yes I upgraded, php is on auto version 7.3 and the matter still exist. I have other PRO sites on this server with no issue, als this site had no issue before…

Hey @RPronk,

The cause of the issue is highly likely a 3rd party plugin based on the browser’s console error. Please test for a plugin conflict first and remember to always do this and the rest of the basic troubleshooting procedures before opening a support thread because our products are only part of WordPress and as you’re already aware, it’s composed of other systems like 3rd party plugins as well and we do not cover support for issues outside of our products.

Ok i am sorry to bother you. I did look but did not find it at first, I looked again and is seems Guttenberg conflict with plug inn classic editor
