However if I press the button to reach the code nothing happens. I tried different browsers. This has always worked, would you know what can be wrong?

I had taken a look at your site and I see you have updated the Wordpress to the latest version but leave a lot of plugins and the Pro theme outdated. Please update your Pro theme to the latest version (3.2.3)
