No suitable preview area found - "No Footer"

Hi There,

My homepage does not include a footer, but I want a footer on all other pages. When I go to the Pro > Footers option, I am not able to edit my footers because it displays on my homepage.

I get an error asking me to change the page template that I am using, but I can’t figure out how to do that. It always seems to default to my homepage which does not have a footer.

Please assist on how I can change to a different page template to update footers. I have an “About Us” page that would work.

Thanks for writing in! Please assign and give conditions to your custom footer first. Or you can select which page to preview the footer with the Preview Manager. See the image below:
