No puedo instalar un tema desde Design Cloud - sites

Hola, buenas noches.

Adquirí una licencia en X THEMECO, instalé el tema base, me dirigí a Desing CLoud, Sites, Para instalar el tema education, pero aparece un error. Llamé a los de servicio técnico del hosting y configuraron los permisos respectivos pero el problema persiste.

Mi configuración del servidor es:
Memory Limit: 512M
Time Limit: 600s
Post Max Size: 32M

No tengo plugin de terceros.

• Cornerstone 4.2.3
• WordPress 5.3.2 or higher
• PHP 7.2 or higher

Muchas gracias, por la pronta respuesta. Realice lo recomendado y el error persiste. Adjunto en una nota segura los datos solicitados para que revisen la configuración: El tema a instalar es education.

Thanks for providing the details.

I have checked your site and I am getting this error when I am trying to import the demo content: data: {invalid_user: true, message: "nonce verification failed."}.

This is always related to security restrictions carried out by your hosting provider, please report this issue to your web host. They should be able to give some insight and resolution to this error.

Please ask your hosting provider to disable your ModSecurity or at least whitelist the URL I included in the secure note.

Hola, le comento que los técnicos del servidor me dicen que hicieron todo lo que ustedes indicaban respecto al ModSecurity, les pasé la url. Y el problema aún persiste:

I can see the same error exists aside from this error:

Uncaught DOMException: Failed to execute 'removeChild' on 'Node': The node to be removed is not a child of this node.

Can you try reinstalling Cornerstone plugin? Deactivate and then delete it. Go to X homepage so it will be reinstalled again automatically. Then try to install demo again after that.

If the issue persists, unfortunately, you need to go back to your hosting provider about the 403 error.
