Navbar issue on my website

The Navbar of my website with renew stack doesn’t display correctly on any device. It’s meant to be a floating Navbar atop of the first image on the page, but instead it’s in a white section of it’s own above the image and ruins navigation of the website. How do I sort this?

Hey Kellie,

X doesn’t support a floating menu or overlay menu design. It can only be achieved using custom CSS. Your custom codes that pushed the content up to achieve a floating menu must have been removed by someone controlling your website.

Please note that we do not provide support for theme customization. If you wish to achieve an overlay navigation effect, please upgrade to Pro and follow the tutorial in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rSw2g3A2KLc

If you wish to continue using custom CSS, please consult with a developer. Otherwise, remove the custom CSS that is related to the header.

Thank you for understanding.

ok thank you, is it also possible to change the navigation button style of my website in mobile view? The blue button isn’t obvious and visitors struggle to move from page to page.

Hi Kellie,

Yes, it is possible to change the button style of your website in mobile view but this would require customization. Regretfully, customization is outside the scope of our theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your problems or you can avail One where we can answer questions outside of the features of our theme.

On the other hand, if you would like to have that functionality without doing any customization, I suggest that you upgrade your X to Pro because this option is available in the Pro Header Builder. To know how to upgrade your X to Pro, please check this out.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.
