My portfolio has disappeared after updating to X theme 8.1.1.
Cornerstone is up to date. Can you please tell me what happened and how to fix this?
I have the same problem. I’m out of business until this is fixed. Please escalate.
I had the same issue with my sites. To resolve open the theme options and toggle the portfolio off and then on again and save.

Hello @ziggybri, @mallorcanetworks, @wingeddesign, @mgalindo, @pelowi
Thanks for writing to us.
It might be the issue of plugin conflict, JS/CSS customization issue or cache issue. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.
- Testing For Theme Related Issue
- Testing For Plugin Conflict
- Theme Update
- Child Theme
- Css/Js Customization
- Increasing Php Memory Limit
- Disabling Cache
- Disabling Cdn
- Permalinks
- Version Compatibility
If none of those work, I would request you all to open a separate threads and provide your details with credentials so that we can check your settings.
It would be best if you could copying your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details.
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password
You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts
Thanks
@prakash_s It’s not a plugin conflict, this is a known bug in 4.1.1 as noted by @alexander in my post here: Portfolio Disappears Upon Update to Pro 4.1.1
Sorry, I didn’t see your question until just now. If the latest update hasn’t fixed the issue for you already you can find the toggle here:
Hi All,
Please update all your themes to the latest version because this issue was already fix. See the changelog for more information.
Thank you.
@marc_a, for some of us, including myself, 4.1.2 version is the one to skip due to the unsolved issue with PHP warnings showing up in the front end. I had to restore the back up and revert to 4.1.1. And it took me a while to have the Portfolio pages to show up again.
Hello @Marcin_Podwojski,
Thanks for writing to us.
I would suggest you update your Pro theme to the latest version of 4.1.3. It contains the number of fixes and it would resolve your issue. Please have a look at our changelog. https://theme.co/content/pro4-1-x8-1-cornerstone5-1#changelog
You must take the backup of your files and database before you update the theme. It would be best if you could copying your live website to your staging area and then update your theme at your staging server.
Hope it helps
Thanks
