My open issue got closed (yet) again

Been waiting for 4 months. No-one seems interested in helping me.

What gives, guys? ThemeCo support used to be the best in the business.

You want me to pay for someone’s time to solve my problem? I’m fine with that. What I’m not fine with is you guys promising to do something to help, only to ignore me.

Based on our tests, the issue only appears on the live site. We were unable to replicate the issue on all our local test servers. Could you please provide another staging site? We want to compare it to the live site and the other existing staging site that you have.

A second dev site has been created. Login creds attached in a SN.

Let me know if you guys need any other access (e.g. SFTP)

With this second DEV site, I still cannot replicate the issue. This is what baffled us because it seems the issue only occurs in that particular staging site. We cannot replicate the issue in all of our local testing servers, your 2nd dev site and the live site.

Thanks for trying. I think what I am going to do is push one of the staging sites to production, to see whether the issue persists. Hopefully that will get rid of whatever bug exists.
