Modal area

Hi. I’ve add an area modal whit content. In to backend I see an error for rendering modal content
This element failed to render. Additional error information may be found in your browsers developer tools.

Morover, I need to view an modal with text an image how can i do? Can I get a data from an article or page to put in to modal html content?

and i can’t resize/center the modal windows in mobile aspect ratio

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that you have set the padding for the “Close button”, in case if you change the modal it would also affect your model inner content size since it adds padding to that push down the modal inner content.

I would suggest you set the modal Close button size as 1.5em and “Small”

If none of those work, It would be best if you could copying your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • FTP Details

Please provide your credentials in the secure note with FTP details. It would best if you copy your main site to the staging server and then provide the credentials of the staging site and FTP of the Staging site so that we can investigate your settings.
