Menu Bar inside a page

Hi there,
How can I put a menu inside the content of a page…
I mean, I have all the logos of the customers in the homepage ok? So I want to put on top of the logos a bar like a menu with a selective menu to show “all”, “europe”, “north america”, etc… so to reach the effect to hide the logos or just link to another pages…

If you are more interested in having control over all aspects of the header I suggest that you consider the Pro theme which has a Header builder and you can use various elements to create a footer.
