If you’re using X Pro, launch Cornerstone and click the + button at the top next to the word “Cornerstone”. You will see a menu with 3 tabs - Blank, Library, Themeco. Under Blank, select Header.

The Header builder will help you create a custom header and assign it to the pages. You can create multiple Headers using the Header Builder and assign them to the specific pages.
I would suggest you go through the following documentation on Header Builder, Setup Navigation, and Condition and Assignment.
