I have just paid for a pro theme and when I try to upload it it keeps saying link expired. I have spoken to the hosting company and they tell me the problem is with the link not their end - Can anybody help or do I need a refund?

It seems that there is an issue with PHP memory. I would suggest increasing the PHP memory limit. You can contact your hosting provider for assistance and refer to this document to learn more about how to increase the PHP memory limit. After increasing the PHP memory, please install the Pro theme. If it doesn’t work, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin-level username and password
