License won't validate for Staging site

I have a site with a single-site license that is validated. I created a staging site so I can test the X-Pro update from version 5.0.8 to 6.1.5 before updating the live site. However, I cannot get the staging site license to validate. I entered the staging URL into my license dashboard. I have also tried all of the typical troubleshooting techniques.

I assume I can download a copy of 6.1.5 and install it?

It might be the issue of any plugin conflict, cache issue, or any browser extension which stops the site to validate. I would suggest you troubleshoot with our troubleshooting guide.

In case you haven’t seen our doc for license validation please have a look at it.

Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password

Hello @mcaravaglia,

Thanks for sharing the login details I went ahead and deactivated all the plugins, purge all the cache then validated the site. Please check your site now.
