License validation error couldn't check license valid

I get the error Uh oh , we couldn’t check if this license was valid repeatedly upon trying to validate an x license which I migrated from a different domain. It’s set up correctly as a production site using https:// and as a staging site using http:// on the themeco license manager, but still can’t get it to work.

Thanks for posting in! Please make sure you have copied and pasted the correct license code. I have check it in your account and the URL assignment is correct. Both of the staging and the product site is the same. You can remove the staging URL assignment instead and try the validation again.

Hi Carlos,

Thank you for writing in, you have X theme license but your site is not using the X Theme, please activate the X theme on your site (under Appearance > Themes) and validate it under X > Validation, you don’t need to validate the Cornerstone if you’re using X theme.

Product Validation
