Licence doesn't work anymore

Hi,

To make a long story short, I have a licence that I did not use untill this week. And Kinsta, my server provider, changed my website from multi-site to single site.

I told them explicitly that I did not want my licence to be invalided by this. I want to work on my website! But then it happened anyway.

So, now I have bought a Theme that I haven’t even used and I am lost at what to do. Can you please help me? I am very sad about this situation. I haven’t even done anything…

Also, I haven’t even downloaded a standard theme from your website! I wanted to do this now, but now the licence is revoked. This is so frustrating and saddening.

Hello @AChr,

Thanks for writing in! You can always revoke and reassign the license code. You can then revalidate the X theme installed in your site. Please check out this documentation first:
