Thanks for reaching out! Support is included for 12 months from time of purchase, and your support period has expired. We updated our support terms back in 2020 and extended support for an additional two years from that time. If you’d like to learn more, you can read more about the changes here.
You will continue to receive updates, and you will be able to view the forums and all online documentation. These changes only have to do with getting direct support in the forums.
You can extend support for 6 months or 12 months or subscribe to our One service. This will not only help you with product questions but also 3rd party plugin support and even customizations and custom code! This is a great service for those needing help with questions that may go outside the scope of normal support, and you’ll have the added benefit of being able to manage all communications with our team via email and a special button that will show in your account. You can see all of your history in one place.

I have a Lifetime Unlimited Pro license and 13 single licenses (I did this because the Unlimited only became available later).
If I understand the stated terms, I must purchase a PRO license or extend the support. A single Pro license costs USD59/yr, whereas the annual support cost is USD79/yr. Both with allow me to post on the forum. Am I correct (yes/no)?
Please do not misunderstand me and I am not trying to abuse the system. But I have stacked many single licenses and finally decided to purchase the Unlimited license because I have confidence in PRO (it’s not perfect but good enough for my customers). The stated price seems ‘imbalanced’ towards a single license. I understand the need for a constant revenue stream from support and just want some clarity. That is my motive for asking. But very soon, I’ll be stacking a lot of single licenses.

Correct, both purchasing a new product/service or extending support will extend support at the account level.
