Launch Max is missing

All set up with Max and trying to find the templates but Launch Max is not there.
It’s checked in preferences, pro and cs are up to date.

Please advise.

Thanks for writing in!

Please go to your Themeco account and check which license is associated with Max in the Billing section.

  • See the secure note below.

You will have to revoke and revalidate the Pro theme using the license associated with Max.

Thanks Ruenel - I revoked and added the license back in Wordpress but still no tab for Max in cornerstone. It looks the same as the ss I sent earlier.

In addition - if your in there, the Crafty template didn’t load any of the fonts/font colours as displayed in the demo. Can you let me know how to fix that as well please.

Hi again,

I followed the steps in other threads with the same problem and updating with today’s pro and using the clear Max cache button worked to get the max tab in templates to work :slight_smile:

After that I did a site reset because of the issues mentioned above regarding Crafty not installing and tried again from scratch, but I’m having the same error - the page goes through the loading process but then freezes on a black screen with the CS logo and nothing else happens. When I finally refresh (I left it there for 20 minutes) then there is no install - no pages, no cs documents for the Crafty template. The media for the template did download and are in the media library there but nothing else.

I’ve increased the PHP times as requested in other threads and followed the update points but can’t get Crafty to work. What am I missing?

Hello @Deesign,

Thanks for sharing the login details I went ahead and install the demo without any issues. I would suggest you please install the WooCommerce plugin and add the product to get the exact layout or you may remove the product section. Please check your site now.
