Issues with WEBP in templates

Sorry for doing this. This is a big problem for me. The support hasn’t been great. Posting this here for you.

The issue is also apparently the same when copying & pasting with webp.

I’ve rebuild a LearnDash site that includes integrations to SalesForce etc.

As such the we’ve built the site on a staging server with the plan of manually replacing all the pages and layouts while the site is in maintenance. This is to ensure we don’t have to mess with LearnDash which tends to get messy.

The issue is that we can’t import the templates with the images intact due to the fact that we’ve used webp. This is obviously not great as there are a lot of pages and images so it isn’t feasible to have to manually add all the images back.

We’ll have a fix in the next point release. Have a great day.

Thanks. The webp issue seems to be resolved however I am now having what appears to be the same issue with SVG’s.

Haven’t had a chance to test extensively but I received the same messages as with webp and all my svg images have the same null in the url source.

I would double check your media manager allows for svgs. We already try to import SVGs.

Thanks, I will have a chance today to test it again. We do have Safe SVG installed but will double check.
