Issue with pages as usual

Hello,

Every time I create a new page on my site, I end up running into the same problem and having to post here to fix it. If anyone could find a lasting solution, that would be great, because I no longer feel at all independent with my theme, and I waste a lot of time because of it

I edited a page .
And when I try to save it I have an error message. " Uh oh!
Failed to save Error saving content elements: Unable to save content: 0."

I have this issue each time I create a page, can you help me ?

I have the last version of the theme.

It might be the issue of plugin conflict. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.


If it doesn’t work, it would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details
  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

I disabled all my extensions and tried to save my page… impossible
And usually I start working, I manage to save my pages and at some point it is no longer possible

The issue is due to your database character encoding. Your WordPress database setup does not allow that you add emojis like :point_right: to your content. Even the WordPress editor can’t save the page if an emoji is present.

Please convert your database to utf8mb4. That is a bit technical so we recommend that you consult with a web developer. In case you don’t have a web developer, you can subscribe to our One Total Care service and we’ll implement this for you.
