Install new theme x, validated license but the theme x is not working

Cornerstone, Theme options, template, post page is not launch. It just try to load but nothing happen.
This is a staging site. The same problem in the live site too.

Thanks for writing in! The theme was installed properly. It does not display anything because you do not have a menu yet and no page content. If you want to use our demo contents and start from there, you can check out the design cloud. Please refer to our documentation articles in the link below:

By the way, your current site configuration isn’t enough to use the theme. You can check out the status in X > Status. To get this sorted out, please do the following:

This is my 8th theme x site. I just installed the theme x and about to build the site. I try to go to https://dev.disparitytoparity.org/x/#/options, https://dev.disparitytoparity.org/x/#/content and it just show nothing. I can’t start the theme X function.

Nothing displays on the mentioned pages because there is an error 500 which means that you have exhausted your PHP memory limit. That is why I have suggested the following site configuration in my previous response. To get this sorted out, please do the following:
