Image behind transparent blog header

Hi

I have made my headers transparent and added a gradient via CSS, and an image in Cornerstone. The end result looks like this: https://edf.designbythinkdev.co.za/services/

However, I obviously can’t add an image to the header of the posts page via Cornerstone, so it only shows the gradient. It now looks like this: https://edf.designbythinkdev.co.za/news/

How can I add an image to the blog page header?

Hi @designbythink,

Thanks for reaching out.
What you are expecting is required customization of Header or Archive template which is not possible with the X theme.

To get customizable Headers and Archive template, I would suggest you upgrade into Pro, which has Header and Layout builder for that. I would suggest you go through the following article on Header and Layout builder.

  1. Header Builder: https://theme.co/docs/header-builder-overview
  2. Layout Builder: https://theme.co/docs/layout-builder-overview

Please go through the process for upgrade X to Pro here: https://theme.co/docs/converting-from-x-to-pro

Hope it helps.
Thanks
