I need help

I have a site that needs updating… I have the license and all for X and Cornerstone… cannot find the API to register for updates and my clients site is down and we need support… HELP

The license code can be found in your Themeco account.

You should be able to find all your licenses and the site it has been assigned to.

I see the license… I just cannot get an API key which is what is being asked for so it will update to the latest version of X

If it is asking for an API key, most likely, you are using a very old theme. It is best that you update it manually. To know how you can update the theme manually, kindly check this documentation:

Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

based on the assignments of the license codes, you can only validate the X theme installed in the site URLs found in the secure note below. Are you validating the theme in the other site?
