I can't get the demo sites to work

I followed most everything on the forum and can’t get the site installed from the Design Cloud

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site and which demo site you want to install so that we can check your settings and investigate the issue as well. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
