How to add logo to Uber Menu Navigation Bar/ X/ icon

Thank you for the update, and congratulations on the conversion! If the automatic download is not working in your installation, you may need to download Pro from your Themeco account, and manually upload it to your site. Please make sure to create a site backup or restore point before proceeding.

For more info, please check the documentation below.

Let us know if you need more details.

Hi, @Ismael I tried the installation by downloading the zip file. I receive the error message upon uploading it. Is there something wrong with the conversion file? If you can assist me with the process that would be great.

Did you create a site backup or restore point? Once the backup is confirmed, we’ll proceed with the conversion.

Hi, @Ismael

Yes, a backup has already been created. My hosting provider creates automatic backups. If something goes wrong I can do a backup restore. Please proceed with the conversion.

We get the same “Request Entity Too Large” error when we try to upload the theme via the Appearance > Themes panel. This might be a limitation or a server configuration. You can ask your hosting provider to increase the upload and duration limit, or provide us with the S/FTP details in the secure note so we can upload the files manually to your server.

Hi, @Ismael It has been uploaded via FTP and activated in the WP dashboard. The website currently looks weird my child theme customizations are not appearing on the website. Can you please assist.

Great! You may need to download the Pro child theme, transfer the modifications from the X child theme, and then activate it. The theme options from X should be automatically transferred to Pro after activating the Pro child theme. We recommend doing this on a staging site before applying it to the live site.

Is it possible to change the name to make X child theme to pro child theme instead? Will this method automatically migrate all custom files to pro child theme? I also downloaded pro child theme and started copying the style.css and functions.php. However I do not see a way to copy the footer and header customizations or a way to copy the customized file that were created. Can you assist with this to ensure everything is done properly?

Hey @fantasy_5,

You can simply rename your X child theme and change the template name from x to pro:

Template: x

And that will becomes:

Template: pro

This will make sure that your child theme will have the Pro theme as the parent theme.

Kindly let us know how it goes.

Thank you. Will do.

You are most welcome, @fantasy_5.
