How to add a WPML swichter in top bar

I’m trying to add a WPML language selector in the topbar.
How could I do that ?

I would suggest you go through the Language Switcher section of the following article to add the switcher in the Navigation.

But this explains how to add the language switcher in the main menu.
I saw in other topics that your can add it in the topbar (above the Navigation)… like here :
