Hover Over Image Change with Text and Button or Another Image

Hello,

How can I make an image change when you hover over it? I want it to change to either another image or text with a button.

We want our team page to look like this: https://makiaj.com (scroll down a little until you see the black and white images.) I got close to achieving this effect using the card element: https://revealhm.com/beauty-tips/

But we do not like the flipping motion of the card.
