I bought your theme and got a little upset!
Right now I have 3 questions!

1. If I re-import your theme template (auto), for example, I messed something up, then all the changes are not made, or how can I make sure that all the settings from the import are returned?
2. My theme is not displayed correctly on mobile (for example, photos are not displayed on the main page), what could I have done wrong and missed?
3. I made a translation of your theme into Ukrainian, I uploaded the translated files, but the translation is not displayed… how can I fix it?

Thanks for reaching out!

1.) Just want to let you know that if you re-import the site templates, it will override all your current data, and if the styling is not the same as the actual template, please clear the styling cache by going to Cornerstone > Settings

2.) If the image is not displayed on the mobile, you might disable them from displaying it on mobile. Please check this article that might help you.

3.) If you want to translate your theme languages, we highly recommend WPML because it is compatible with our theme. You can check this one:

All problems solved - 3 problems left:

1. does not load page templates - why (screenshot)?
2. How to set the image for the default page in the documentation I could not find? I want to share on a social network but there is no image for the page by default !!!
3. How to remove the search icon from the menu? I could not find

Hey Igor,

1.) The issue with the iframe not loading is that the page is missing the closing body tag, there could be a html tag or css code that is missing the closing tag, please double check the content.

2.) if you want to share with image display, you may use Yoast SEO plugin for that option.

3.) To remove the search icon in the header please go to Cornerstone > Theme Options then look for the header tab.

2 in 3 I understood figured out!
1 question the template is not loading!
I create a new empty page
loading contact template
but it is not visually displayed!!!
when you save and visit the constructor, you can see the fields are added but it gives an error!!!
how to fix?

Hello Igor,

I checked your site it seems that the page builder preview is fine on my end. I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check it again. If it doesn’t work for you I would suggest you please go to the Page–>Settings —>Status -->Save it as “Publish”

In case you are pointing to the page preset template I would suggest you go to the Page–>Click on this icon —>Library. Please have a look at the given screenshot below.

Hey Igor,

There is an Error 500 or Fatal error when you import a template into your site. It could be your server settings. Anyways, I was able to import the Contact Forms template from my local testing server by downloading/uploading the template file into your site.

Hey Igor,

Since you’re using X, you can add your tracking code in the Footer Content Area.
