I am so used to click and drag sites. I have no idea what I am doing with this new innovative site here.

Thank you for writing in, that example site of yours is base on a demo site called integrity business (here take a look).
To import a demo, on your admin dashboard navigate to Pro > Design Cloud in the Design Cloud search the Integrity Business demo and Install it.
More details about Design Cloud here.
After you successfully install the demo, you then need to edit the pages content with your own actual content, remember to edit the page with PRO (Edit with Pro).
You might need to take some time learning how the Page Content Builder works
