Hi

Is there a way to download/transfer my theme templates from one website to transfer to another?

I want to use a similar full page with banner and buttons i have on https://www.commissionit.co.uk onto https://shopforclimatechange.org

if not can you tell me the name of the classic element i am using at the top of https://www.commissionit.co.uk and or how to sell the names of the elements i have used so i can use them on the other website>

Hey There,

The best way to achieve this is using the Template Manager. https://theme.co/docs/template-manager

You can create a template. Export it and import it within the new installation. Another way is cloning the whole site which can be using by many free migration plugins. Let me know if you need anything else.

hi just tried downloading in templates manager and it just says “Failed to export”?

kept trying and t worked 4th timer

Now seem to be having issues just changing images? why when i click in any images and change them the new images selected from the library don’t show ? have also changed the template to full width but it not showing full width?

My old website has “FW No sidebar” as the page template but the new website only has “full width” not showing full width…

Hi Amin,

Please make sure that you have the latest version of X or Pro theme and there’s a plugin conflict in your website that’s why you can’t select new images from the media library. I suggest that you will do TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT. If the issue still persists after doing plugin conflict, we need to check your website dashboard. To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
