Free conversion to Pro no longer available

Hi there.
This is referring back to a post from last year in which I tried to explain I had a couple of free Pro upgrades on my account and they’re no longer available, much like this post: Free Pro Upgrade Still Available?
Except they no longer show as available on my dashboard.

I do have the receipts from themeforest available. Can I copy and paste them here?

Hey Leo,

X users who purchased before Pro was launched (April 10, 2017) were eligible for a free Pro upgrade as Pro was still new back then. I believe there was a time limit. I just can’t remember as it has been several years. Our system automatically switched to a paid upgrade.
