Thanks for writing to us.
You need to go to Design Cloud —>Search for “Fotografia” it would list this template. Please have a look at the given screenshot below.
In case if it doesn’t work for you, please send your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password
You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

The reason why the Fotografia content is not available on your website is that it is using the Grid element. I just want to let you know that the Grid element is exclusively available in Pro. If you really want to use the said content, I suggest that you convert your X theme to Pro, here’s how:

On your website, you installed X, and if you want to access the Fotografiacontent. I suggest that you change the theme from X to Pro.
