How to pin a header to the top when you scroll?

So I have a couple of headers depending on if mobile or desktop My main header sticks to the top when you you scroll, but my mobile header does not and scrolls away Where/how do I lock this header cornerstone? I have each header in their own individual Bar Bar #2 is the one I’d like to pin [bar]
