How to pin a header to the top when you scroll?

So I have a couple of headers depending on if mobile or desktop

My main header sticks to the top when you you scroll, but my mobile header does not and scrolls away

Where/how do I lock this header cornerstone?

I have each header in their own individual Bar

Bar #2 is the one I’d like to pin

So I found the option to pin it in: Primary>Setup>Sticky

But it kind of bounces around at first still when you go to scroll

Can you please check it on a mobile phone to see what I’m talking about?

I have checked the URL, but unable to recognize any jump or bounce. If you are still facing it, please provide any screen casting video that help us to understand what you are seeing at your end.
I would also suggest you please mention the device, browser name and version and also operating system you are using, that helps us to replicate the issue at our end.
