Fade In / Fade Out

I have a decent understanding of the effects section in cornerstone, but not decent enough apparently. I’m trying to fade in an element after x seconds, and then with no user interaction, scrolling or otherwise, fade out that element y seconds later. For the life of me, I cannot figure the fade out part. Would love some help!

Thanks for writing in! The FadeIn/ FadeOut effect can only be triggered with interaction or when you scroll the page. We do not have a feature that can be applied to the element without any interaction. Please check this out:

My decent understanding is now a much better understanding… And with a little messing around, I can say it is indeed possible.

Hello @mmelton12,

Your headlines will display and stop at the 3rd headline. It will not Fade out. If you want to display the headlines in a FadeIn/FadeOut manner infinitely, it is best that you use the new Slider element and insert the headline elements in each slide. If you are not familiar with the Slider element yet, please check this out:
