Essential Grid + Pro Theme - Grid not showing

Hi there,

I’ve tried the steps here: Essential Grid not visible on the front end
with no luck. In troubleshooting mode, grid shows when default theme activated and all other plugins.
I even created a new test gallery and added it to this page: https://pelvicawarenessproject.org/americas-gallery/ - neither are showing.
