Using “X” theme, Our non-profit mtn-biking website has an online store which had been working fine for a long time. I was alerted to the following error message when displaying products:
“Oops!
There was an error loading the content.
Error: Cannot use ‘in’ operator to search for ‘first_name’ in false”
Getting the error on both production & staging. Tried the following fixes in staging:
Tried deactivating ancillary woocommerce plugins. Then deactivate other plugins with no cure.
Tried deleting and readding products with no cure.
Deactivating Cornerstone plugin cleared the error but then entire website does not display properly.
The online store page was not created with Cornerstone. Searched the forum for same/similar issues but found nothing.
Hey Robert,
Thanks for writing in! You have edited your shop page with the WP Editor. You seem to have inserted a WP Block that is generating this error. I do not have an idea of what is it since I do not have a log in details. We would be happy to double check your site if we can log in. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
To know how to create a secure note, please check this out: How The Forum Works
Best Regards.
Do you need access to the production site or staging?
Yes, you can access and make changes to your site.
correction: our site,
You probably know this but the link I sent you is production site.
secure note attached…
I can set the email address for that username if you provide one. Right now it’s going to one of my email addresses.
Thank you for the info. We regenerated the password but accidentally lost it from the clipboard and failed to save it. Would you mind regenerating the password again? Sorry for the inconvenience.
I reset the password to what I set it to in previous secure note.
