Thanks for reaching out.
The reported issue has been already resolved in few releases ago. I would suggest you go through the following thread.

Thank you for that solution as it also solved it for me. I have yet to hear from them, but if it comes down to it I’m confident we can hide the license message and if there’s a filter / setting to control the visual step builder then we can prevent the issue of the builder not showing.

If you are still facing the same, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
