Can I download the demo content -> https://demo.theme.co/integrity-9/ and use it on the X-theme.
I want to have all the pages, so Home, Blog, Contact, Shop etc.
Please advise

Hello Stefano,
Our former Expanded Demos are now called Sites and are included as part of Design Cloud . Importing a Site from Design Cloud works just like installing an Expanded Demo previously.
We have retired Standard Demos, although we will taking a select few of those designs and making new Sites from them.

I do not need the complete site, I just want to have the Homepage (5 or 9) as used in the demo

Regretfully, we retire those standard demos that includes the integrity-9 and integrity-5 demo.
Instead, you can import the site demo integrity-business or integrity-bands in the X > Design Cloud. But be careful if you already configure your Theme Options as importing these site demo will overwrite your Theme Options configuration.
Fortunately, I have keep a content template file of integrity 5 and 9 in the link below. But please keep in mind that this is only a content template file with placeholder images and text and the styling of this will depend on your Theme Options configuration since this template is built in classic elements.
You can import this on the Template Manager and load it to your page(s).

I will try this, but before I bought this theme, I asked the same question to the pre-sales team and they confirmed that is was possible to do so. 
I have downloaded it but how can I load it into my page?
If I go to templates I see both of them, so I assume the download/import was oke. Now the question, how do I get them loaded in a page. I opened Cornerstone as described in the docs, but I do not see an option to import it so that I can use/amened the page.
Other question, Can I also get the header from demot homepage 9?

Please go to X > Templates to import the template file on your site you just downloaded. Then go to the specific page where you want it use to load the template. For complete guidance, see this:
