Dot navigation for single page

I would like to add a dot navigation to my single page website, like at the link below.
Can you help me to create this with the pro?

If I am able to understand it, you are trying to create a Single Page website with the same page navigation. If that is the case, you can acheive that by One Page Navigation. I would suggest you go through the following link which explains the settings. But it will help you to create a One Page Navigation using the normal menu, not the Dots shown in the example link.
