Design Cloud not working properly

One of several reasons I bought Pro was the Design Cloud. But the presets are not available in the very small Themeco tab with very small unusable thumbnails.

Here it is advertised to be accesible and viewable and also the presets are there:

But the presets are not there and I can only access the rest through those small, barely viewable thumbnails.

After searching the forum, I found this thread with a problematic response from support:

This is not acceptable at all. As a new user I was somewhat surprised to see this. I bought the Design Cloud as part of the product and definetly do not accept that kind of response.

Please advise, maybe I got something wrong as a new user.

Hey @jacli,

We’re sorry for the confusion in that thread. The “preset” or Element Preset is still available. It’s under the Customize tab of most if not all elements. You can learn more here https://theme.co/docs/element-manager

The Preset tab that you saw in the docs is from the old interface. Our doc article has now been updated removing the old image.

Regarding the small thumbnails in the Design Cloud interface, I’ll record your feedback so our product development team will know about this and possibly improve the UI/UX of the Design Cloud in the future. Hi @jacli,

You need to copy the custom CSS code, added to the demo. If you are not proficient, I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.

Surely the process is documented in the docs somewhere ? But you mean I have to go to Design Cloud and somehow find the css in the source code and then add it where ?

Please explain. The Design Cloud is part of the advertised product and surely the use of it is documented and should be easier than copy/pasting source code.

Unfortunately, the organic pack is not available for import right now, and that is why I suggest it. I will still discuss the same with our development team and will let you know if anything is found on this.
