Design Cloud denying access

Greetings,

I cannot access the Design cloud through my dashboard with the Ethos X theme. I purchased this through the Envato Marketplace. I read the instructions for accessing Design cloud through my Wordpress dashboard and received this message:

There is nothing in my plugin settings relating to Design Cloud for me check permissions. I know that I have validated my X theme. When I click on the validation setting in the dashboard it shows this:

This shows that the Design Cloud is unlocked but when I click on lauch design cloud the above error message shows. Am I missing something? I just want this to work to access the features that I paid for and to access the templates. Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.

Thanks for writing in! This should not be the case especially if you have validated the X theme already. Please do check your user role. You might not have administrative privileges. For more troubleshooting, please check this out:

If nothing is helping, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
