I am an X-Pro user and I’ve just come to learn that the demo content for each of the stacks is not importable into X-Pro. I’m confused by this? I have some clients that want a highly customized site, that I build from scratch, but for other (lower budget) clients it makes more sense to make edits to an existing X-Theme demo site. I like installing Pro for all of my sites, because it gives me (almost) limitless possibilities; however, I’d still like the option to initiate a new site using demo content.

Thank you for writing in, demo content or demo site can be imported under X > Design Cloud or Pro > Design Cloud, make sure to validate, make sure to validate the Theme first before importing a demo.

Thank you for your response. The Design Cloud is quite different than the X-Theme Demos. There were 10 full-demo sites each for Infinity, Renew, and Icon and 3 full-demo sites for Ethos. For example- https://demo.theme.co/ethos-1/
None of these are importable into X-Pro?

Yes, it’s different. Regretfully, we retired those standard demos that you’re referring to but we choose a few to adopt on the design cloud (e.g. integrity-business, renew-creative, icon-business, ethos-magazine, and among others).
To be clear, those standard demos are not a full-demo site, those will only import the homepage layout with a place-holder text and images. Unlike those “site” demos that we have on Design Cloud now that will import everything.
