Hello Support

Since updating to Pro version 6.6.6, I’ve been having a problem displaying the navigation icon (subindicator). It’s no longer displayed correctly.

I have other sites where the Pro theme is still on version 6.1.10, and it’s still working correctly there.

Both have WordPress version 6.1.1

Even if I select a different icon, only the [?] is displayed

Hi Christa,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found the issue with the specific Menu only. I created a Test menu and added it into a Test header and found it is working as expected. But it is something breaking for this specific Menu. If possible, please recreate the menu once and check if that works for you.

I recreated the menu and loaded it into the header, and so far everything looks fine. When I then integrated the search function into the menu, only “?” was displayed again.

So the problem is related to the plugin
SearchWP Modal Search Form Version 0.5.5
I have now removed the search function from the menu, so the display is correct again.

However, I’m not happy because I no longer have a search function.

Do you have a compatible search plugin?

You can search and use any of the plugins with similar functionalities in the WordPress plugin repository. Please remember that 3rd Party plugin issues are beyond the scope of *Theme Support, if you still want us to investigate it, I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you in doing the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One TOTAL CARE, where we offer small customizations.

Thank you very much for the information. I was able to solve the problem by replacing it with a different search plugin.
Does Themenco not offer a search plugin in the Pro theme?

Hello Christa,

Regrefully we do not have our own Search plugin. What we have is a Search prefab element which can be use within the Cornerstone builder.
