Countdown Timer wrong - resets higher with refresh

We set a countdown timer using the element in Pro and it started off matching a separate site for our customer. Over time, our version would become way behind. Losing minutes, hours and eventually days. It was correct when logged in, if we flushed the cache, it would get it up to the correct amount of time left. Deactivating the caching plugin did not solve the issue. Having to turn on the plugin and immediately flushing the cache multiple times a day is not ideal by along shot. We were running Pro 3.2.3, which the change logs list as the version to have fixed the issue. We have upgraded both WordPress and Pro (which doesn’t mention it in the change log) to try and solve the issue and we’re still seeing the countdown get behind over time. If the browser got refreshed, the time would jump back up. We even turned off the seconds display in case that was the issue. As it is, we have 2 days before an event and we’ll be stuck logging in and flushing the cache throughout the weekend including early morning and late nights.

Hello @disadmin,

Thanks for writing in! Pro 4.0.11 is now available in automatic updates! This release contains fixes for several issues like you have mentioned above, so be sure to check out the changelog (https://theme.co/docs/changelog/pro-4). Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

We did update to the latest version to try and solve the issue, yet still spent the weekend, logging in, activating a caching plugin and flushing the cache. Somehow, that would correct the countdown timer temporarily. We tried deactivating any plugin that did any caching or minifying of javascript or any other plugin that had any potential to affect the countdown timer.
The client is launching their product today, so the site needs to stay untouched for the moment. We will provide the login info for you to investigate later this week.

Thanks
